WELCO Underground Const., Inc. is signatory to Northern California Laborers with mobilization rights throughout all California.
We have performed on numberous projects throughout the state including, but not limited to; CalTrans, SMUD, hospitals, cell sites, military bases, light rail, wineries, school sites and have recently obtained our C57 license to perform on geo-thermal projects.
WELCO Underground Construction is certified small business with the City of Sacramento and the California State Department of General Services.
